they want to fire more people

is getting crazier by the day

what do you see??
and more and more

profit every year
and yet they re firing employees

is that
their employees
and all the employees

that all these fired people
are the ones that support
support this sucky system

i see people stealing food
from the rich ( the supermarket companies )
to give it for free
to poor people
who would have thought
that that day would come again
and it would be
in the 21 st century
the century that started promising
more than enough food for everyone on this planet
because of all the goods we now have
i also see the upcoming ''end of the world as we know it''
the so called environmental problems that ll change the world
for good
thats also funny
because even though
everyone sees the disaster coming
nobody seems to want to do something
nobody cares
we re trapped
we re trapped in a very strange world
a world where we have the illusion of true freedom
a world where i keep asking myself
how can there be true freedom with the constant fear of war?

an actual meaning...
because today songs
are not about that
are about popularity....
giving people what they like...

maybe what someone wants them to like...
they are about makin money...
who would imagine...
that people would come to a point
where art...
would not be about expressing
opinions...feelings...ideas...values..
but it would be....a job
a job where you make a song..
and you SELL it...
maybe
maybe that would be acceptable...
if you earned the money you made
